45 minutes face to face with 15 minutes clinical administration.
This session is vital to get to know each other, discuss relevant medical, family and social history, identify concerns, goals and outline a plan and options for working together. Pre-filled online forms are used prior to this session to make sure the time is used efficiently.
-
Requires face to face and non-clinical time.
Depending on the type and number of assessments required, presenting condition and preference of the client, the time to complete an initial assessment can vary. The fee will include clinician time to score and analyse results (which will in turn inform recommendations and therapy direction).
A typical assessment session would involve an hour of face to face time, 30 minutes of scoring/analysis and 15 minutes of clinical documentation.
-
Not all clients will require a formal report, which is why we prefer to keep this cost separate. You may wish to request transfer of information to your GP and other allied health services or require a more detailed and tailored document. We offer the following options:
1) Summary report - details general assessment outcomes, therapy goals, progress and up to date recommendations.
2) Detailed report - in depth analysis across multiple assessments best for those with complex needs.
3) NDIS report - in depth analysis written in the format mandated by the NDIS. These are charged on a pro rata basis for the time it takes to complete.
